The sale process begins with our getting to know the practice, the community and your own specific financial
objectives. The information we gather will not only help us determine a fair and reasonable price, but will be useful for
future buyer inquiries.  

Our initial services include assimilating and analyzing all the essential fundamental and financial information about
your practice in order to determine a market price for the practice that is both acceptable to you and likely to satisfy
market demand.  In preparation for a listing, we provide this service at no charge.

Our complete brokerage services begin with information gathering and a visit to the facility.

Once listed, we cover all expenses of marketing your practice, including prospective buyer mailings, direct mailings to
regional practitioners, advertising in various California professional journals and at the major local veterinary
meetings; the Pacific Veterinary Conference in Anaheim and the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas.  We
prepare a sales brochure, perform escrow, consult with attorneys, accountants, financial/practice advisors, and
financial institutions.  We are also available after the sale for post-closing issues.

Buyers are very special and we handle them accordingly. We assist buyers in decision making, contracts of sale and
finding suitable financing.  We guide both buyers and sellers through the entire sale process including their dealings
with consultants, lenders, regulatory agencies and escrow procedures.  We screen potential buyers before allowing
them to visit your facility.
